“The money they eat is not the money of the Government in Delhi or the Government in U.P. The money is yours. You work in Delhi, Haryana and Punjab and help those places to develop. And the Centre money gets money from those places” he reminded. Rahul Gandhi then emphasized “What is the duty of the Government? Government should use these funds properly for the welfare of the people and the state. It should provide roads, education and health security”. “The roads in U.P last only for three months. After three months you will not see any roads but only gutters and potholes. In fact the funds meant for you are being looted” he complained.
