Rahul Gandhi on inclusion of the PM under Lokpal

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is attending a Press Conference in Orissa. Rahul Gandhi said that Lokpal Bill is good. But we need a bill which handles corruption before it happens. The Prime Minister can be included in the ambit of the Lokpal Bill after he is relieved from the office commented Rahul Gandhi. It will be not be proper if the PM is included in the preview of the Lokpal Bill while in office added Rahul Gandhi.
