Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi addressed a big election rally in Bulandshahar. He questioned the double speak of Mulayam Singh Yadav on the issue of reservation to Muslims. He has been spearheading the Congress campaign in the poll bound Uttar Pradesh.
