Rahul Gandhi in Muzaffarnagar (UP) talks about BJP’s India Shining slogan

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi said that from 2004 onwards we have a Government of aam aadmi at the Centre. While Congress made the problems of the poor as the election agenda, the BJP and NDA brought out a slogan in English – India Shining. Was India shining then? Rahul Gandhi asked and added that BJP picked up this slogan from a TV advertisement.
