Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in Bachharawan: Non-Congress parties encouraged corruption

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is addressing an election meeting in Bachhrawan (Raebareli) during her poll campaign in Uttar Pradesh. She said that non-Congress parties – SP, BSP and BJP – did nothing for the development in UP. They believed in a negative politics based on caste or religion, said Priyanka Gandhi. Priyanka Gandhi expressed her concern over lack of development in UP because of the misrule by the non-Congress Governments.
