UP polls: Priyanka Gandhi addresses election meeting in Sultanpur

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is addressing an election meeting in Sultanpur (UP) during her campaign in Uttar Pradesh. She said that the state Government in UP failed to implement the Central schemes meant for the poor properly. Priyanka Gandhi said that the state of UP has been slipping backward because of the misrule by the non-Congress Governments in the past 22 years.
