Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is addressing a big Congress rally at Punjab University ground. He expressed happiness for the fact when many other countries are struggling, India is surging ahead. Rahul Gandhi said that country needs more youth participation in the process of development. Rahul Gandhi also said that in Punjab 7% of the people are having problems of drug addiction.
