Rahul Gandhi in Muzaffarnagar: Funds under MNREGA was gobbled up by the elephant in Lucknow

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is addressing an election rally in Muzaffarnagar. The funds sent to UP under MNREGA were eaten up by the magic elephants in Lucknow. The ministers were benefitted, but the people in UP never benefitted. He also explained about the loan waive-off policy for the farmers by the Congress led UPA Government at the Centre.
